The District Finance Committee shall administer the District finances (including the District Reserve Fund) on behalf of the District Governor and the RI District 9910 Inc. Board. The Committee shall assist in producing a District Budget, ensure that the independently reviewed District Financial Statements are produced on a timely basis and circulated to clubs prior to the Annual General Meeting. In accordance with the RI District 9910 Inc., Constitution the District Finance Committee Chairman is a member of the Board.
 

The District Reserve Fund shall be administered by the District Finance Committee in accordance with the RI District 9910 Inc. Constitution and Bylaws.
