PUBLIC IMAGE
 
Rotary is mindful of it’s public image and to this end the Public Image leaders in all 6 Districts of NZ discuss matters of promotion regularly.
 
We have our own advertising agency (2 Auckland Rotarians) and promote our projects wherever possible through the medium of print, radio when finance allows and Clubs manage much of this in their own way in their own area.
 
We aim to encourage, create and enable sharing of ideas and resources within the 6 New Zealand  and the Pacific Island Districts to create a positive image of Rotary.
 
Our priorities are:
 
+Enhance public image and awareness
+Encourage, support and offer assistance to Districts, through public image activities, to grow membership.
+Promote engagement with Rotary internally(Rotarians and alumni) and externally (public)
+Promote opportunities arising from the 100th anniversary of the Rotary Foundation.
 
The desired perception is that Rotary is an organization that joins people from all continents, cultures and occupations to exchange ideas, bringing expertise and diverse perspectives to help solve some of the world’s toughest problems and taking action to bring lasting change to communities around the world.
