Rotary Learning & Information (RLI)

What is it?
Known internationally as Rotary Leadership Institute, RLI is a modular programme designed for:
  • New members to gain a broad understanding about Rotary that helps them become more engaged
  • More experienced Rotarians to develop and refresh their leadership skills and knowledge of Rotary.
Who can do it?
Anyone who is a Rotarian.
Presidents, Presidents-Elect, Presidents-Nominees and their club leadership teams, plus Rotary Community Leaders and District Committee Chairs are strongly encouraged to attend.
Clubs are encouraged to send their new members, leaders and potential leaders.

In the Document area at the bottom of the page, you can find a list of D9910 Rotarians who are doing or have completed RLI

How does it work?
The course has three different modules which are presented across a weekend (with Parts 2 & 3 on one day).

It is facilitated learning and information sharing, presented in a fun and interactive style, designed to provide both general Rotary knowledge and develop leadership skills.
Class size is limited to maximise the benefits of these discussion-based sessions.

Registration is either online via the link above or by using the downloadable registration form below.  You can register at any time for an RLI course.

Why should I do it?
Enthusiastic RLI graduates return to their clubs with fresh ideas, new tools, new contacts, an increased understanding of their potential as Rotarians, plus an increased motivation for Rotary service!
Many of the new ideas, concepts and skills learned are also beneficial in attendees’ business and personal lives.
